New roof in 1988,
Plastered and painted the 2
bedroomand hallway upstairs, plastered and painted the bedroom, laundry
room downstairs, New kitchen cabinets, new kitchen floor, new computer
room floor, new electrical wiring, new stairs going to basement. New
furance, new hot water heater, new guttering outside around the house
and 2 new windows put in upstairs and all of this was done in 2008.
Handicap shower, new toliet, and bathroom sink was put in, plastered
and painted the bathroom in 2008. Handicap ramp was put in 2007.

My husband and I
bought the home at an auction in
1984. I grew up 8/10's of a mile from the house that I live in and the
man that lived here with his wife and 7 step-kids had a mower repair
shop. I was also told that the shop had been pulled by horses where it
was setting now.

on the ceilings in the living room and master bedroom. Also we are
opening up the wall between the kitchen and living room.

Attic door opening and slamming on its own. And what sounds like
someone rolling a bowling ball in the unfinished portion of the attic
