Other Information When my family left Detroit, it was sold to a childhood friend, who fixed it up and rented it out. He has since sold it, and while it seems to still be in good shape on the outside, the rest of the neighborhood is not. We are also refinishing the basement and repaving the drive way and building a brand new garage
