My father owned the home from 1978-2009. From
1982-2008 he used it as a rental property during that time frame with
numerous lessees living at the address.

Gutted the majority of the house. All new drywall
ceilings, refinished all of the hard wood floors, new windows in the
basement plus a new basement door, and replaced the entire bathroom.
All of the work was done by my father and myself (except the floors).

Rental property
Has had a house fire before we moved in. Previous tenants blocked sceptic tank/flooded bathroom and small bedroom. Possible mold in attic and some parts of the house. Lots of poison ivy around the house |
