Pour the concrete around it then remove the Batten once the concrete has been allowed to set.

If you are short in time but need some repairing, you can install a temporary one for the meantime. In order to apply temporary one on your property, you can drive an angle iron or stake into the ground. Use a sledgehammer to hammer the iron or stake securely on the ground. You can screw the angle iron or stake to the post if you want or you can opt to secure it using rope or heavy duty wraps. Keep in mind that you are doing this as a temporary measure only. You still need to fix everything in the long run so you won’t have to end up with more damage to your fences than is necessary.
